If you’re experiencing a muscle and joint problem, you don’t need a GP referral. Simply contact our dedicated team. We will first check your policy to confirm your cover and eligibility for the service. 

Once eligibility is confirmed, we can arrange a 30 minute virtual initial assessment with a physiotherapist (Service delivered by Ascenti).

Depending on your clinical needs, the physiotherapist may recommend:

1. Self-management advice and guided rehabilitation

2. or remote physiotherapy sessions

3. or face-to-face physiotherapy where clinically appropriate

Note: This service is only available if your policy has available outpatient cover, which includes physiotherapy benefits. Normal policy terms and conditions apply, including any remaining outpatient limits, any excess, and other relevant exclusions or limitations.
