How the Freedom Claims Portal works

Download the app: 

Log in to your account:

  1. Members can login to the portal or App with their registered e-mail ID. You will receive an OTP sent to your email ID.

  2. Once you enter the OTP, click on verify with OTP.

How to manage your claims and payments

Whenever possible, we’ll pay your medical provider directly - so you don’t need to pay upfront.

If you’re planning a hospital stay, simply raise a pre-authorisation request through the portal to receive an authorisation code. Give this code to your provider so they can invoice us directly, subject to your level of cover.

If you’ve already paid for treatment, you can quickly submit a reimbursement claim through the Mayfair app by uploading your receipts and claim details.
