​How do I access the Digital GP benefit?

eMed powered by Livi and is an app based GP service. To use the service you will need to download the Livi app. Once registered, you will be required to enter a Membership code. Freedom Health Insurance will send you a membership code in your welcome letter, or enter your policy number below.

How does Digital GP benefit work

You have free and unlimited access to our Digital GP benefit. This service offers you the convenience of scheduling phone consultations with a range of practitioners 24/7, 365 days a year.

Please note:

​When registering your details on the Livi app please use your name as it appears on your certificate of insurance

To access your Freedom Digital GP benefit, Deel members need to use the Livi Membership Code: FREEDOM-IDL
